❓ What were you completely convinced of ten years ago, but no longer believe today?

I was certain: a good plan protects a project. The more detailed, the better.

Today, I see it differently. What a plan mainly protects is the feeling of having everything under control. Projects are saved by people who notice early when the plan no longer holds.

Which belief have you quietly let go of?

🙌 Hands up – it’s the weekend!

Every week, I end the working week with a question that could change your game.
