Most AI projects are commercially irrelevant.
AI does not fail because of the model.
It fails where decisions are made every day, but never made visible as explicit decision logic.
That is exactly what I will be talking about next week in Korbach.
Digital Culture Week takes place on Wednesday 1 July and Thursday 2 July. My keynote is on Thursday: “The era of purely human leadership is ending.”
AI will not remain a tool on the sidelines. It will become part of value creation.
Breadth generates pilots. Depth generates competitive advantage.
Competitive advantages emerge only when leadership enables scaling: faster, clearer and more reliably.
What particularly pleases me: I am one of 23 speakers coming to northern Hesse from across Germany. The programme promises strong contributions, ranging from data to energy and AI.
