Here are my top three books on change management to help you successfully shape change in your organisation:

1. “Leading Change” by John P. Kotter

Kotter’s classic is essential reading for every leader. In eight clearly defined steps, he explains how to implement change successfully and overcome resistance. His practical examples and strategic approaches are valuable for experienced managers and newcomers alike.

2. “Switch: How to Change Things When Change Is Hard” by Chip Heath and Dan Heath

The Heath brothers explore why change is often so difficult and how to overcome obstacles. They introduce a model that considers both the emotional and rational sides of change management and offer practical implementation tips.

3. “The Heart of Change” by John P. Kotter and Dan S. Cohen

This book goes beyond “Leading Change” and focuses on the emotional and human aspects of change. Kotter and Cohen use case studies to show how to win people’s hearts and minds for change.
