Once you have won people’s hearts, you need not worry about their heads

To everyone driving significant #Change in an organisation, I would like to recommend taking this Dieter Lange quotation to heart:

“Once you have won people’s hearts, you need not worry about their heads.”

To prevent change from becoming “headless”, I recommend a healthy balance of heart and head.
