The most dangerous word in collaboration is a yes that is not meant.
Most conflicts are not caused by a no, but by a yes that was never honest.
Why do we still say yes? Fear of disappointing someone, a desire for harmony or the hope that we can somehow make it work.
The problem: a dishonest yes destroys trust, blocks projects and drains energy.
An honest no may feel uncomfortable, but it creates clarity, respect and reliability.
When did you last give an insincere yes?
