❓ How much control do you need — and how much trust do you give?
Trust is one of the strongest currencies in leadership — and at the same time one of the most sensitive. Because trusting means handing over responsibility. And that is not always easy.
Some leaders confuse responsibility with control — out of fear that something might go wrong. Yet trust creates room for initiative, growth and personal responsibility. Control, by contrast, often creates only stress and dependence.
💡 Which comes more easily to you: giving up control or taking responsibility? And how do you experience trust in everyday leadership?
I am curious to hear your perspectives!
