Calm, composure and confidence. Three superpowers 💪 I repeatedly observe in the most successful leaders — and which are surprisingly often overlooked.

1. Stay calm
In turbulent times, it is difficult to keep a cool head. Yet that is exactly what matters. Leadership means being able to bring order to the chaos around us without allowing ourselves to be affected by it. Those who radiate calm send a strong signal to their team: here is someone who has the overall situation under control.
2. Practise composure
Composure is the art of not seeing the uncontrollable as a threat. In leadership, this ability is like mental armour, enabling us to make clear decisions even under pressure. Composure radiates stability — and builds trust within the team. A composed leader inspires others to give their best even in demanding situations.
3. Cultivate confidence
Leaders who have a positive vision of the future and believe in it strengthen the company culture and their team’s motivation. Confidence is contagious and encourages people to see challenges as opportunities. This inner attitude supports the growth of individuals and of the entire company.

Which of these superpowers 💪 matters most to you? Let me know in the comments — I am curious to hear your opinion!
