The AIMATURITYTEST. is based on the AI Integration Framework (AIM) by Blackboat. Introduced during my certified AI Officer training, the framework provides a structured basis for assessing the organisational, strategic and technological foundations for successful AI implementation.

Free of charge, with no registration. Your answers are processed only in this open tab and are not sent to us. Reloading clears them. You can assess individual dimensions; the results will then be marked as a partial assessment.
How your result is calculated
The AI Maturity Test covers ten equally weighted dimensions, each with four statements rated from 1 to 10. A dimension is included only once all four statements have been answered and you have confirmed it. The overall score is the mean of all answers in confirmed, selected dimensions. Unassessed dimensions do not count as zero.
Scores are rounded to one decimal place. The displayed score determines the rating: 1.0–5.9 development area; 6.0–8.4 solid foundation; 8.5–10.0 strong. The three relatively strongest dimensions are identified numerically. Development priorities give precedence to leadership, vision, compliance, know-how and capabilities. A dimension cannot appear in both lists.
