That is exactly how I felt yesterday at Digital Culture Week in Korbach.

I had the opportunity to speak about a topic that is particularly on my mind:

Almost every company experiments with AI.

Very few turn it into a real competitive advantage.

Why?

Because AI rarely fails because of the tool.

It fails because of organisation and leadership.

My message there was clear:

AI is not tech hype. It is a leadership and future question for SMEs.

That is where things become interesting.

Because when AI becomes part of the organisation, leadership is redefined.

What particularly impressed me over those days was Juliane, Tim and the entire 3RaUM Coworking team.

With great energy and a real desire to shape things, they created a space that brings people together and enables real exchange.

A place where you immediately feel welcome.
