"We are the last generation to have led only humans."
That is the theme of my talk at BVMW next week.
On 10 February, I will speak to around 60 leaders at the DB vehicle maintenance plant in Kassel about how AI changes leadership, value creation and organisation.
My thesis: AI is not an IT project. AI is a leadership task.
In the talk, I will show:
→ Why most AI projects fail because of leadership, not technology
→ What managing directors need on their radar now
→ Concrete examples of AI applications that deliver real value
Afterwards: a tour of a facility the size of 24 football pitches, a panel discussion and networking.
