The future of work is hybrid: people and AI.

Yet very few have a system for making this collaboration actually work.

Last week, Pace, the Chief of Staff in our operating system for hybrid collaboration between people and AI, introduced herself.

This week, it is Dia's turn.

Dia is our Business Diagnostics Analyst in Game Changing Partner's Flow:OS.

She works in the Business Intelligence & Knowledge Systems team.

Her task:

Using market and customer data, KPIs and structured diagnostic playbooks, she analyses businesses, identifies weaknesses and highlights areas for action — for strategic positioning, proposal development and ongoing client projects.

Dia does not rely on gut feeling, but on our fully digitalised library of methods and frameworks.

This turns data into clarity — structured, transparent and ready to inform decisions.

Or, as Dia herself would say:

If you cannot see the wood for the data, I am the right person to talk to.

I wish you an effective week with clear decisions.
