What does integrity mean to you, and how do you live it every day?

Integrity means remaining true to your moral and ethical principles, even when nobody is watching. It shows itself in small, everyday decisions as well as in major, difficult moments.

While loyalty means remaining faithful to a person, a company or an idea, integrity embodies faithfulness to your own moral and ethical principles. In certain situations, they can conflict, particularly when loyalty to other people or organisations requires you to depart from your own values.

How do you define integrity, and what role does it play in your life? Perhaps there have been situations in which your integrity was particularly tested. Share your experiences of living with integrity and what it means to you.

Questions that change your game.
