Those who could not delegate clearly before will not be able to delegate to AI either.
Those who have not set measurable goals will not get any from AI.
Those who have not given feedback cannot assess AI output.
Marc Benioff (Salesforce) puts it succinctly: "We are the last generation of leaders to have led only humans."[1]
That means leaders need to lead MORE, not less.
Define clear expectations.
Set measurable goals.
Assess quality.
