Recognised as an AI innovator – and my takeaway after day 1

Yesterday in Berlin:

I had the honour of receiving the AI Innovator Award.

A special moment – and pure motivation.

All as part of the BIG BANG AI Festival.

With more than 8,000 visitors on the first day.

It felt like twice as many as last year.

My takeaway:

👉🏼 AI has arrived in Germany.

But one thing is also clear:

We have missed the train when it comes to the large AI models.

Why?

👉🏼 Big Tech in the US and China is too far ahead.

👉🏼 We lack capital and infrastructure.

But here is our opportunity:

👉🏼 In application.

👉🏼 In our corporate data.

If we make consistent use of that,

we can become world champions.

And now? Day 2 begins.

With top speakers.

With masterclasses.

With fresh perspectives.
