Three AI skills for leaders

AI is no longer merely a buzzword but a real driver of innovation and efficiency. #Leaders should master three essential skills relating to #AI:

1. Understanding AI fundamentals

It is essential to know not only what AI is but also how it works. You do not need to be an AI expert. Rather, you should have a solid basic understanding so you can recognise its possibilities and limitations in your area and initiate innovative solutions.

2. Data literacy
Data is at the heart of AI. A good understanding of how data is collected, processed and analysed is indispensable. Every leader should be able to make data-driven decisions and assess the quality of data fed into AI systems.

3. Ethics and responsibility

With great power comes great responsibility. AI raises ethical questions and privacy concerns. As a leader, you need to set guidelines for responsible use, ensuring that technologies benefit everyone and do not discriminate.

Developing these three skills creates essential foundations for integrating #AI into your professional environment.

If you have not already done so, start by understanding AI fundamentals. There are countless training opportunities at every level of quality and price. The first step is to choose one and enrol, in the spirit of Steve Jobs’s famous speech: “Stay hungry, stay foolish!”
