Language is the fastest way to bring any transformation to a standstill.

Language is the fastest way to bring any transformation to a standstill.
And it happens faster than you think:
🔹 Statements that are hard to understand.
🔹 Complicated wording.
🔹 Packed with specialist terminology.
The result: follow-up questions, misunderstandings, lost time.
And in the end, everyone wonders why “nothing is moving forward”.
My hypothesis – as a non-psychologist:
Overcomplicated language is rarely an accident.
It is a mixture of arrogance, internal logic, protection of power – and fear of change.
I see this in many industries:
📌 Doctors who deliver diagnoses in Latin mode.
📌 Lawyers with three pages of legalese.
📌 Engineers with cryptic abbreviations.
📌 Public authorities with paralysing, never-ending sentences.
And often, too: leaders who talk a lot – but say nothing.
Language excludes.
Language creates dependency.
Language is misused as a status symbol.
And above all:
Language is culture – and culture determines the pace of implementation.
My conclusion:
More clarity = more speed.
More jargon = more standstill.
