When did you last sit through a mind-numbing strategy presentation?

Endless slides. Buzzword bingo. And in the end, nobody understood what it was really about.

The best strategy fits on a beer mat.

The best vision in three words.

Leaders today confuse vision and strategic clarity with length.

The more slides, the more strategic. The more complex the wording, the more important.

Bullshit.

Tesla: "Accelerate the transition to sustainable energy."

Amazon: "Earth's most customer-centric company."

SpaceX: "Make life multiplanetary."

Three words that steer billion-dollar companies.

A few sentences that every employee can repeat at the coffee machine.

That is not simplification. That is strategic discipline.

Real strategy is so simple that nobody can misunderstand it.

It lives not in glossy PDFs and bullshit-bingo PowerPoints — but in people's minds.

My rule: if you cannot write your strategy on a beer mat, you do not have a strategy.

You have a strategy document.

And that is a damn big difference.

How long is your strategy?

How many words are in your vision?
