Many people skip the first level.

And then wonder why AI does not work.

There are four levels of AI implementation:

1. AI in the mind — Individual competence

The foundation. Every individual understands how AI works, and where its strengths and weaknesses lie.

2. AI in processes

Internal workflows are supported by AI. Proposal development, knowledge management, decision-making processes.

3. AI in the product or service

Customer-facing features that work with AI.

4. AI in the business model

AI fundamentally redefines the entire business model.

The problem:

Most jump straight to level 2 or 3.

And buy in the missing expertise externally.

The result?

→ Little acceptance within the company.

→ No sustainability — as soon as the external consultants leave, it falls apart.

→ The foundation is missing: individual competence.

The solution is simple:

Build AI in people's minds. Individually. For everyone.

And yes — that means learning. Going back to school. Experimenting.

Reality leaves little time for that. That is why rigid two-day workshops or learning programmes do not work.

What works:

Combining learning → experimenting → applying → learning more.

At your own pace. But continuously embedded in everyday work.

The Game Changer Academy offers exactly this foundation course.

Build the foundation. Introduce AI and practical examples step by step.
