❓What role do interpersonal relationships play for you at work?

Work is more than tasks and goals. The people around us – and how we treat each other – affect how much we enjoy working and how well we do it. Yet not everyone needs close relationships at work. Some draw clear boundaries; others only flourish through genuine connection.

Especially in times of home working, hybrid meetings and a fast pace, we often lose what actually sustains us: trust, closeness, humour and a genuine interest in people.

💡 How important are relationships at work to you? And what do you actively do to nurture them?

I look forward to your perspective on the human side of everyday work.

Questions that change your game.

Every week, I ask a thought-provoking question to encourage reflection and exchange. I look forward to your answers and lively discussions!

Hands up – it’s the weekend!
