“Which decision did you put off for (too) long – and what did you learn from it?”

We all know them: decisions we keep postponing. Out of uncertainty, consideration for others or fear of consequences. But looking back, it often becomes clear: Hesitating did not make things better – only longer.

Sometimes it takes a nudge from outside or a clear moment of honesty to finally act. And it is not uncommon to feel relief afterwards – even if the decision itself was uncomfortable.

So what holds us back? And what can we learn from it to decide with greater courage, speed and clarity next time?

Questions that change your game.

Every week, I ask a thought-provoking question to encourage reflection and exchange. I look forward to your answers and lively discussions!

Hands up – it’s the weekend!
