🎅 Tomorrow is St Nicholas Day.

The year-end rush starts now, if it has not already.

As children, we were asked: "Have you been good?"

As adults, the modern St Nicholas question is different:

❓ What have you accomplished this year — and what are you proud of?

Not: "Was I perfect?"

But: "What went well for me?"

2025 is drawing to a close. Time to pat yourself on the back.

And by the way: a perfect question to ask your team as a leader in your year-end meeting.
