❓What does responsibility mean to you – and how do you deal with it when something goes wrong?

Responsibility is often confused with blame. Yet it is not about “being guilty”, but about “standing by it”: Your decisions. Your actions. Your results. Including when things do not go as planned.

👉 How do you define responsibility for yourself – and how has your understanding of it changed over your career?

Questions that change your game.

Every week, I ask a thought-provoking question to encourage reflection and exchange. I look forward to your answers and lively discussions!
