Three questions settle this before the first tool goes live:
1. Approval
Who decides which AI use cases are implemented at all?
2. Value
Who measures whether the application improves time, cost or quality?
3. Accountability
Who pulls the plug if the value fails to materialise or risks arise?
The order matters:
Operating model first.
Then AI.
Not the other way round.
